It fits perfectly and is very comfortable. The mask is a bit thin. I'm 5'7", 176 lbs and somewhat athletic, so I ordered the Standard. It suits me very well. I had to put two safety pins in the back, but that was about it. It's a good habit and the price is very reasonable
